How can I earn points?
Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases and use them for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save!
Can I earn points on subscription orders?
Yes, you’ll earn points on every subscription order, just like with one-time purchases.
When will I see my points reflected after a purchase?
Points are approved 14 days after your purchase. If that purchase impacts your rewards tier, any tier upgrade will also be reflected after the same 14 day period.
Once your points are approved, you’ll be able to return to your account and redeem them on any Renew Life products you choose.
How do I redeem my points?
First, log into your Renew Life account. On the Rewards Page, visit the Rewards section. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.

First, log into your Renew Life account and visit the Rewards Page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
Once you’ve redeemed your points, you’ll receive a voucher code. To apply it, go to your Auto Delivery Subscription Portal, and enter the code under the Discounts section. The discount will automatically apply to your next order.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your Renew Life account. Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months if there is no account activity. Make sure you use your well-earned points!
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
