How do I join Renew Rewards?

How can I earn Wellness points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the Ways to Earn section for details.
How do I redeem my Wellness points?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months if there is no account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my Wellness points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my Wellness points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
