Introducing the Women’s Wellness Council

The Women’s Wellness Council (WWC) is a collective of wellness experts shining a spotlight on the unique wellness considerations for women. The WWC’s mission to provide the tools and resources women can use to live their best life – because feeling good is the transformative power to do good.

The WWC celebrates the “we” in wellness – being a force of connection for women, communities, bodies and brands that brings together trusted products that work. Because we believe that when we stand Together In Wellness we all benefit.

Erica Sonnenburg is a senior research scientist in the department of microbiology and immunology at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Erica is co-author of the book The Good Gut: Taking Control of YourWeight, Your Mood, and Your Long-Term Health.
