It worked !
Before these probiotics arrived, I had been to visit my Dr. as I had an infection and the antibiotics they prescribed were causing me to have diarrhea. I had never taken Ultimate Flora Probiotics before - but thought I would go ahead and give them a try...and it wasn't long before my stomach was feeling much better and the diarrhea had gone away. I will probably keep using these since I do have stomach issues from time to time.

Everyone should be taking probiotics!
I don't notice a difference between Ultimate Flora probiotics versus some of the others that are on the market, but I definitely notice a difference in how I feel when I take them.

Many Health Benefits
The pills aren't too big which makes them easy to swallow. I have noticed that a lot of my probiotics in the past have smelled/tasted pretty gross but that is not the case with these! They are super easy to take and it is ultimately helping my overall health!

Good product for the price.
I'm pleased with the probiotic. Its been a while since I've taken one regularly. I did notice after a couple days my digestion improved and I was much more regular than expected. Some probiotics can leave a weird taste in your mouth. I can say that did not happen with these.
