My back-up enzymes
Usually I use the digest more ultra to get that little extra kick, but for someone whose digestive system isn't as awful and slow as mine, these would be great. Whenever whole foods runs out of the ultra kind, these are my go-to product and I just take 3 per meal instead of 2. Works great, just not as strong BUT that's fine because the product isn't meant to be as strong as ultra so five stars for what this product is supposed to do!.
