How to Enter
To enter the Renew Life Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below):
- Visit Sponsor’s TikTok page (@renewlifeprobiotics).
- Follow the page.
- Like the Giveaway post.
- Comment on the post.
- Share the post.
All entrants must do all 5 of above and have a valid email address and a residential address within the 48 continental United States.
All entries must comply with TikTok’s terms, guidelines, and policies. Proof of submission does constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor for this Sweepstakes
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok. All information submitted by entrants is being provided to the Sponsor, not TikTok. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and TikTok’s terms, these Official Rules will govern.
All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Limit one (1) entry per TikTok account. No mechanically reproduced, altered, or forged entries will be accepted.
Agreement to Official Terms and Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Any entrant who violates these Official Rules is subject to disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Start/End Dates
The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Friday, October 24, 2025, and ends at 10:59 AM CST on Friday, November 7, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Winners will be selected in a random drawing at 11:00 AM CST on Friday, November 7, 2025.
Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
Random Drawing/Odds
Seven (7) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
All decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners are final and binding.
Prize
Each winner will receive:
- One (1) full-size bottle of Renew Life® Probiotic Women’s Care 25 Billion (30 capsules).
Approximate retail value of each prize: $28.29 USD.
Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor will cover shipping costs.
Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by Direct Message from the @renewlifeprobiotics TikTok account on or about November 7, 2025, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) calendar days.
If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within five (5) days, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
Limit one (1) prize per person or household.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By entering, entrants consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
