  I have been using Chia now for 6 months and have lost over 10 lbs, which was my goal, and chia has helped me maintain that. Mixing it with a liquid first thing in the morning curbs all my cravings for sweets and carbs and gives me enough energy to make it through my busy work day! I would def recommed this product. I have tried 3 other Chia seed brands, but Ultimate Chia LIfe works the best.

  I've dealt with constipation for over 25 years. During that time I've tried every product over the counter to provide relief from constipation. I've also tried several perscriptions from my doctors. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKED with the exception of enemas. In my continued search I discovered Chia Life. I thought why not try it. I've tried everything else. To my surprise, it works!!!! I no longer have constipation. It's amazing that it took over 25 years to find something that actually works. I will be taking this product the rest of my life! Thank you so much renew life!

  Being a constipation person all my life, I had tryed so many different things for it, but nothing works as well as Chia does. I am so happy with Chia. I am very grateful for this amenzing product. Thank you Chialife, thank you, thank you!

  I received my order in the mail just this past week and have been having CHIA Life with my yogurt every morning - and it's wonderful. Wish I had discovered this much sooner! I was very skeptical at first - but the taste is great and the added fiber is terrific. I've already recommended this to some of my friends!

  What a great product, one of my neighbors tried to sell me on the LIFEMAX MILA super chia seed but it is clearly not worth $45 to $50 for 16oz compared to yours.

  Taste is wonderful and adding Chia seeds to yogurt or cereal makes it easy to meet my my daily Omega-3 needs. Thanks for a great product!

  Love it!!! I sprinkle on my Yogurt every day!! keeps me satisfied until lunch. High in Fiber Omega 3 and taste great.
