I am an advanced practice RN and a Licensed Esthetician who owns a skin care business. I have carried a variety of supplements over the 10 years I've had the business to support my efforts to improve peoples skin and general health. I have just recently tried the Fiber 35 approach after reading about it in Woman's World. I had already started about a month ago counting my calories again for the millionth time because I keep gaining and losing the same 20 or so pounds over and over again. I was having trouble especially at night when I would come in and be tired and of course having trouble controlling my cravings for sweets. I am blown away about this Fiber 35 approach. I have never seen anything like how I now feel, just a few weeks into it. I now realize this is what we all needed to know all along. My cravings are completely gone. I am having no trouble whatsoever getting the fiber in. I wish I had known that it would have such a strong appetite suppressing effect. Please accept my heartfelt appreciation for your efforts.
