  I tried to quit smoking many times but nothing seemed to work. My boyfriend and I saw this product at Whole Foods and decided to try it. We also talked my friend into trying it. My boyfriend quit first. He started taking the cleanse the day he quit. My friend started the cleanse a week later (also the same day she quit). A few people in these reviews had mentioned smoking while taking the cleanse and after a couple of weeks they just didn't desire the cigarettes anymore so I decided to go that route. I smoked for a week or two, while taking the cleanse. I ended up quitting a week before I planned. We've been smoke free for about 3 months now and I don't see myself picking up a cigarette ever again. I'm amazed at how well this product works. It definitely helps with the physical addiction but surprisingly it also helps with the psychological issues. My friend and I joked that there must be a secret ingredient to make you forget what smoking was like! My boyfriend and friend took the cleanse for 1 month, and I took it for 2 months. None of us really ate the chewy supplements that it comes with. We didn't experience any side effects. The first 3 days are the worst, but not nearly as bad as cold turkey. I still had thoughts about smoking 2 weeks in but after that I was good to go. I was nervous about having a few cocktails and wanting to smoke but I drank the first weekend that I quit and I remember being so surprised that I had no urge to smoke. Now I barely ever think about it. I was waiting to write this review to make sure I didn't fall off the wagon... I can confidently say that I will never touch a cigarette again. Trying this cleanse was really more of a "yeah right, this is bull@&*%, but what do i have to lose" moment. Those of you who are reading this wondering whether or not to try it - ORDER IT RIGHT NOW!!!! I still can't believe how easy it was to transition from smoker to non smoker. Sometimes I try to picture myself lighting up a cigarette and I'm completely disgusted. I NEVER thought I would be able to quit. I got to the point where I accepted that I would die of cancer someday. Truly a weight lifted off my shoulders. I'm so thankful for this product! Thank you Renew for giving me my life back!

  I got this product for my boyfriend. The only con about it was the fact that it made him pretty drowsy, but other than that, he loved it! And after being a smoker for about 9 years, he hasn't touched a cigarette since he did the cleanse a year and a half ago!!! We are both reaping the benefits! Thanks Renew Life!

  I had already quit smokin and at the urge of a good friend I decided to start this cleanse. I wanted to help my natural body process along and break up the toxic mess that I exposed myself to for the past 13 years, Unfortunately the cleanse has caused me to lose a lot of sleep because of non stop coughing that would not go away. I am all for being healthy and riddin the body of harmful stuff but this is not fair at all that I'm tryin to make myself better and I'm punished by no sleep at all because of the coughing that this "cleanse" has brought on. Thanks a lot renew life for makin me lose more sleep and causin me a lot of physical pain on top of my lack of sleep because the dry coughing that will not stop has also made my throat raw from coughing. This "cleanse" seems to be only further punishment for being a smoker and I would never wish this kind of irritation to anyone. Probably won't ever try another cleanse again.

  The older I get the less interested I am in always going the prescription route! I had a few false starts (like every time I've tried to quit smoking in the last 20 years of a pack and half per day habit), but in the end Smokers Cleanse did it for me. I did about 1 1/2 months worth of the kits, and it was worth every penny.
  
  I never leave feedback on anything, but I am so pleased with the results of this product I had to share! 1 year free of smoking October 11, 2010!

  I was very nervous about quitting smoking. I didn't want to use nicotine replacement but cold turkey is so painful. I was very pleased with the results of this kit. I really did feel calmer than I had expected to feel. Quitting sucks but this kit helped make the process so much easier. I have been tobacco free for 15 months.

  I will say the first day was rough, but from then on smooth sailing!! After a pack a day for 15 years and trying everything I was VERY skeptical of an "all natural" product, but it works and I would recommend it to everyone!!

  I bought Smokers' Cleanse some time last year, and it sat around as I bemoaned how difficult it would be for me to try to quit again. I finally started taking it about 2 months ago on an impulse. In the first couple of weeks I still had bad cravings, and I cheated a few times, even bought a pack. However, each time I smoked a cigarette while I was on the cleanse, it tasted like utter garbage and I couldn't finish it. I also got barely any satisfaction out of those few drags I took. That pack I bought, I gave away after I only smoked half of one cigarette out of it. I was actually calmed by the knowledge that I could smoke while on this product without having a heart attack. I just no longer wanted to after a few attempts. Now, even though you can safely take the product for up to six month, after just one box (30 days worth) I've been fine. In the month I've been finished I've only had a few very mild cravings.
  
  I tried so many other products and NOTHING has worked even close to as well as this stuff. Literally EVERY other time I tried to quit over the 15 years I smoked, cravings were intense and withdrawals were nasty. Just 2 months into quitting after using Smokers' Cleanse and I'm fabulous!
  
  Even better, my Mom smoked for almost 45 years. She'd tried even more methods to quit than I had. She's doing just as well as I am after just one box also! I was completely amazed by how well it worked for both of us. I also greatly appreciate that Smokers' Cleanse contains no animal products, as I am vegan.
  
  I loved this product, I could go on for pages but I'll spare you. I'm just that excited that I've finally quit for good!

  My husband James was a smoker for many years. Over the last decade we have tried everything we could think of including hypnosis, but nothing worked. We have been doing cleanses for over two years and just recently when the smokers cleanse became available we said "why not"! James went on the cleanse for two consecutive months and just like that, eleven weeks later, we are proud to tell you James is a non-smoker, finally. James will celebrate twelve weeks free of tobacco this Wednesday. We now spread the word and several of his co-workers are on the cleanse as well.

  I did it! I quit smoking with "Smokers' Cleanse". After 14 years of a pack a day I can finally say I did it. I am now smoke free and living towards a healthier life. I started the program on Wednesday, Feb 18, 09 with still 2 packs of cigarettes to finish. By that Friday night after starting the program I just didn't want to smoke anymore, it tasted gross. When I woke that Saturday morning, I said to myself "This is Weird, I have no desire to smoke a cigarette". And I have not had one since, though yes, there were some days it was tough but its something I had to do. And I did it. thank you, Renew Life and my daughter thanks you too. (Olivia 7 years old).

  I've tried everything over the years, patches, gum, other herbal products, you name it. This is the only thing that worked. After 2 weeks I had barely any cravings and felt great, no nasty withdrawals. 5 months smoke free and going strong!
