ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC age 18 and older at time of entry. Employees of ReNew Life Formulas, Inc. (“the Sponsor”), its sister companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and those with whom such employees live are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to enter the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States.

HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on March 16, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on April 30, 2010 ("Entry Period"). During the sweepstakes Entry Period, visit http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2LK9VTS follow the directions provided to be entered into the contest. Please provide your full information, including name, physical address, e-mail address and telephone number. You may enter only one e-mail address per household. Entrants must comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules.

DRAWING: Sweepstakes winners will be drawn at random on or about April 30, 2010 from among all eligible entries received.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: Includes roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Tampa, Florida; 2-night stay at the Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach; 1-hour lunch consult with Brenda Watson, C.N.C.; $500 in ReNew Life supplements; and $500 spending cash (Total Value: Over $2,000). One (1) First Prize: $250 in ReNew Life supplements. One (1) Runner-Up Prize: $100 in ReNew Life supplements. Prize components must be redeemed by October 31, 2010. Failure to redeem Prize components by October 31, 2010 will result in Prize components becoming null and void. Credit for ReNew Life supplements is good for website purchases only made directly through ReNew Life and may not be redeemed for purchases of gift cards or as an adjustment to prior purchases, or exchanged for cash. No credit or cash will be given for unused portion. No cash value, transfer or other substitution of prize allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize/prize component of equal or greater value for any prize/prize component that is unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and charges on prize.

ODDS: Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail using the email address submitted at time of contest entry. Two attempts will be made to contact the potential winner within a forty-eight (48) hour period or within two business days. If both attempts fail to reach the potential winner for any reason, including the potential winner's use of a spam filter, or if the potential winner fails to respond for any reason to the notification as directed, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected randomly at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability Publicity (except where prohibited by law) within fourteen (14) days of the date specified on notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in forfeiture of the prize. If a winner is deemed a minor in his or her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian must execute the above-mentioned documents on minor's behalf. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Entrants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in their email address. A prize notification will be emailed notifying that he/she was selected as a potential winner.
