ReNew Life highly recommends taking both an oil supplement and a fiber supplement while using any of our cleansing programs. That is because oil helps to lubricate the bowel, and fiber helps add bulk and absorption to assist in the elimination of toxins. When taking Total Body RAPID Cleanse and Organic Total Body Cleanse, only an oil supplement will be necessary, as both of these cleanses already include a fiber supplement.
