i've started using this product a week ago and I have frequently bowel movements, that I never did before. I go twice in the morning and during the day. It make me pass gas alot, I guess that's a good thing. I love the fact that it is organic too. I drink it with Apple juice. You have to drink lots of water and do nornal exercise. You cannot expect something to work if you do not do it the right way.

I've been using some sort of psyllium product since I was diagnosed with IBS 25 years ago. I recently went to a local health food store looking for some sort of alternative because the psyllium wasn't that effective anymore - and was full of sugar. They recommended Organic Bowel Cleanse. Initially, I used two full doses a day in organic apple juice. Within a day or so, I had my first "normal" movement in 25 years. I was absolutely astonished (no other supplement of any type has worked that fast for anything). I ended up going to three full doses a day to get more frequent movements. Now I use only a level teaspoon each time.

I usually use FiberSmart but decided to try Organic Bowel Cleanse last month.
I used it once a day with about 12 ounces of water. Maybe I should have been
drinking more water during the day (or used apple juice like Donn G. above) but
I was sill a bit sluggish and in general I've had better luck with FiberSmart.

I'm sure that everyone's bowels work differently, but I have never been disappointed with this product. In fact, I've got my whole family on this stuff - I can't say what the powder is like, but the pills work great.

Ive been taking this product for 2 weeks and its done NOTHING!!! In fact,Ive had bowl movements less since taking it. total scam!!!!!
