  Essential source of vitamins. The effectiveness of omega-3 fatty acids as a therapy for Alzheimer's disease was ruled out in a research published Tues. I found this here:<a title="Alzheimer’s not helped by omega-3 fish-oil in research" href="http://selectbestwine.com/2011/03/11/benefit-for-alzheimer’s/">Omega-3 fish oil fails to slow Alzheimer's, study says</a> Outcomes of clinical trials were released showing that omega-3 fatty acid supplements didn't slow the mental deterioration of Alzheimer's. People who eat lots of fish tend to have a lower incidence of Alzheimer's, which elevated expectations for omega-3 supplements as a natural therapy.

  In 2001 after suffering from IBS for 30 years I found Oil Smart in a health food store in Colorado. Taking 3 a day has changed my LIFE and the health of my colon. I do not have anywhere near the stress of bloating and pain that was common in my colon prior to the oils.

  Omega 3 supplements are very popular right now, and they do offer many health benefits. However, we are starting to see Omega 3-6-9...but, do we know what the 6 and 9 are doing to our bodies? Do we actually need more of these oils or not? Obviously most of us don't get enough Omega 3, so a supplement may be necessary. I advise to do your research first to see if you need additional Omega 6 and 9 in your diet. I agree that Omega 3 is important and hard for us to get enough of on a daily basis, but Omega 6 is found many places and too much is not healthy and can actually be harmful. Do a web search or ask someone at your local health food store for more information. I recommend sticking to the regular Omega 3 supplements unless you really need this specific supplement. Sometimes more is not better.

  whole-grain breads
  most vegetable oils
  evening primrose oil
  borage oil
  blackcurrant seed oil
  flax/linseed oil
  rapeseed or canola oil

  sunflower seed oil
  corn oil
  safflower oil
  pumpkin seeds
  acai berry

  I have been menopousal for couple of years and had been taking Oil Smart for about 2 years as well. I love it. I take 2 a day-morning and evening. It cleanses my whole system whereas I no longer have digestive problems like I used to have. I don't get anymore of knee pains as well. I feel sharper, my skin and hair feel great and I feel happier. Thank you so much Brenda Watson, you are the best. I also love their product specialists who are there to help you.

  In 1995 I started having a lot of digestive problems (gas, bloating, cramps, diarrhea/ constipation and heartburn). For years, I went to doctor after doctor trying to figure out what was "wrong" with me. Since that time, I've been diagnosed with Gastritis, GERD, Hemorrhoids, Hiatal Hernia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. I was at my wits end. None of the medications that I was being prescribed were helping at all, so I decided to go to my local health food store to see if someone could help me.
  
  After talking to the sales associate for about 20 minutes, she handed me the book "Renew Your Life" and told me that I just needed to read it. Boy was she right! Not only did I need to read it... I needed a complete digestive overhaul!
  
  I went back a week later and purchased OilSmart, FiberSmart, Ultimate Flora and DigestMore. These are now what I take everyday and I am happy to report that I am feeling SO much better. I just ordered a bottle of the IntestiNew caps and will be purchasing the Digestive Health Pak prior to my holiday travels.
  
  I love Renew Life products and would highly recommend them to anyone that is having any type of digestive issues.
