  I was skeptical first about taking these pills, so many manufacturers sell you products and when you buy them the products are not worth all the hype. First omega helps me in so many ways and the best is the energy I get from the pills and their small pills because I have a problem swallowing pills especially large pills. Love first omega and will always use them.

  I have always loved Renew Life products and use many regularly. I don't have an issue with digesting the oils because I take DigestMore Ultra with my meals and supplements, but I do have to say it is Great to find such a high quality oil that gives me high EPA in 1 easy to take pill. I do take a fair number of supplements, so not needing to take 6 huge gel caps of fish oil a day is a BONUS... Thanks for the great products.

  I have finally found a fish oil pill that is REALLY BURP FREE. She small size sure makes them easier to swallow.

  I have a real hard taking large pills so when I found these I was grateful. Even though they're small, they pack a lot in them. They also have a great orange flavor so that's a bonus!
