After seeing multiple doctors, all suggesting acid blocking medicine, I got the book 'Gut Solutions'. To my surprise, I learned that often stomach issues are a result of not enough acid (HCL)!! Followed the instructions in the book and all stomach issues have been resolved. The book 'Gut Solutions' has solved digestive issues for many of my family members.

There's as much to be said for smart eating as there is for taking a digestion aid, but if you know you're going to have a "cheat day" then this is one of the products to have ahead of time. IndigestionSTOP is also a good one, as is a probiotic and an enzyme. I am amazed at how many of my family and friends torture themselves by NOT using some of these products. I can't remember the last time I had heartburn.
