This really is, by far, the best fiber product I have ever used. It is made of only fruits and vegetables (with some digestive herbs) and it great for people who find that typical fiber ingredients don't work well for them. This even tastes great and i look forward to drinking it every day - who can say that about other fiber products. I just stir it into cold water and drink it up. (I also like that this doesn't have green tea in it, which I and a lot of others are allergic to).

I love this fiber powder. I was very surprised at how good it tastes. Thought I would have to force it down like so many other products. Mixes well with water if you shake it in a sealed cup.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the taste of this sprinkle fiber product. Because it's not really a "mixes well in all liquids" kind of powder, you need to pick and choose how you use it. I find it's great on salads and in cereals (hot or cold). If you use a blender, you can blend it into a fruit smoothie.
