  Today is actually my first day and i have noticed a difference in my energy level and irritability. I actually reversed the products. Since I would overnight and sleep during the day, I take the morning does when I first get ready for work and the afternoon at work and the evening when i get off in the morning. Due to the shift that I work I have to do everything in reverse. Anyway, I actually feel an energy burst with the evening packet and around 12-3am become irritable and really start to get drained but I haven't felt that tonight. I will post another comment and give more feed back once i have been on it for at least a week. I just had to post because I am very surprise at how i felt the difference during my first take.

  I was only 2 days into the Flush & Be Fit when I became severly ill. I know the package says mild flu-like symptoms, but I felt like I had the full blown flu! Felt feverish, chills, sweating, coughing, drainage, severe sore throat, etc... And being in Texas in the middle of August...not a good combination to feel like this with 100+ temps outdoors. I also had vomitting and diarreah from it. So beware before using this product. I've used a similar product in the past with no side effects.

  I have never written a review before this. Peri menopause has taken it's toll on my energy, flora and cravings. I bought the Flush and Fit at my health food store. It was recommended by the nutrition dept. manager. I started the next day, 2 days in, I was starting to feel better and less bloated. I finished yesterday and am going to buy another 2 week supply. I am back to yoga classes and, hubby and I went on a 15 mile bike ride this past weekend and I have cleaned my house , office and dusted off the exercise equipment....this is crazy! have not felt this energized and balanced in a very long time! I highly recommend for the slug bugs that want to get the ball rollin and feel better!

  Well, I'm impressed. Woke up this morning a bit flatter in the lower belly, feel slimmer in the waist and hips already as well! Is that possible? Oh and lost one pound, hoping that this keeps going on that road. I had several bowel movements yesterday which was expected because I was on a SSRI for several months and was irregular with pellet stool so went off it a month ago and slowly getting back to regular movements. In the meantime, I feel toxic physically and emotionally which is what drew me to this product. I plan on changing my diet as well to include as much fibrous and unprocessed foods as possible which is part of the toxic feeling. I will post again after I've complete this program. Be well!

  I was a little skeptical when I first read about this product, but after just a few days of taking this, I am a believer!!! I definitely feel lighter, especially around the midsection. We can pick up toxins everywhere and anywhere, and I highly recommend this product to everyone. You will be amazed on how different you feel after taking this!! Give it a try!!

  Reading the other reviews encouraged me to buy this product, and also because I have another product that is made by this company that works amazingly well, I gave it a try. I wanted it because I have been bloated for months not and I knew I needed something to help get rid of it. This is my fourth day of this product and the results I'm getting are AMAZING, my bloating has gone down tremendously. I also exercise so I'm not sure if that is helping also, but I know with exercise alone my bloating would not go away. IT does not make you have to use thebathroom so frequently, but it does make you go and it is very gentle, I do not have any stomach cramps on these at all. The probiotics are also an added bonus. I highly reccomend this product! IT does make me thirsty though so I do drink alot of water.

  Today is my third day of using this product. First time ever using a pro-biotic so I'm anxious to see the results after my two weeks are up. As of today I haven't noticed a difference in my energy level or waste removal, but I will follow up with you guys in a few more days and again at the end of my two weeks.

  I just finished my first box of Flush and Be Fit and noticed that my tummy is much flatter than it was two weeks ago. I definitely think it helps rid the body of excess fluid and hopefully a little body fat. I noticed that I also feel lighter and look better around my hips and midsection. Most of all, one of my co-workers who saw me three weeks ago saw me today and commented (without my probing) that my face looked thinner and that my body looked smaller overall!!! Doing this detox also motivated me to eat healthier and drink more water. I have felt great the entire time that I have done this detox and I love the way that I am feeling. My mood is better and mind is more clear. I plan to continue for another two weeks.

  I just finished my first box of Flush & Be Fit., and the Jillian Michaels "Making The Cut" workout. I used Flush & Be Fit for the last two weeks of the workout. It's hard to tell which element made the difference, but I feel confident that the supplements really helped with relieving some water retention and also had a mild cleansing effect. I only rated this 4-stars because I never felt any extra energy boost from the "Afternoon" packet of supplements. But that's not necesarrily a bad thing. The products did not have any negative effects on my system and I really felt like I look better. My eyes are less puffy and I'm sure that has something to do with the product. I will definitely purchase it again.
