I took this product and it really helped with gas and bloating after I took it for a week! I have used other types of acidolphilus that did not work. I would recommend this product to my friends.

Gentle, effective, easy to use... it's a no-brainer, really. Good price if you can't afford the other probiotics. I can give this to my 12 year-old son or my mother.
