  I have suffered from chronic consitpation for decades. After a very painful experience at the ER and with the advice of the ER Doc, I finally decided that I was going to stop going to my doctor for nutrition advice (I was going to punch her if she told me to eat more fiber and drink more water 1 more time). I forked over the cash to spend an afternoon with a nutritionist. She told me that I was eating the exact opposite types of fiber and at the wrong times of the day. What a revelation!!! She suggested that I try the Fiber35Diet. I have a fruit smoothie with a single scoop in the AM, salad for lunch, and another smoothie for dinner, and maybe some airpopped popcorn with real butter for TV time. I have never stuck to any diet, ever. This one I absolutely enjoy. I feel so much better on the inside - people tell me I look happier, my face is brighter - AND to top it all off I have lost over 15 lbs in 2 months. I can finally see that skinny girl (52 now) starting to emerge.

  When the formula was changed, so did the flavor. The old formula tasted just like a real vanilla milkshake; however, the new formula leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. It now has a weird, artificial taste that is difficult to describe. If something is wonderful, don't fix it.

  I have tried many other meal replacement shakes including herbalife, myoplex, and a few others.This one's the best! I like both the chocolate and vanilla and i find I am not hungry at all even by lunch time! also, cravings for sweets are dramatically reduced!! Love the book, love the products. Very smart way to lose weight and change lifestyle!!

  I make a shake most mornings with banana, a handful of frozen berries and water. My husband and both of my teenage girls love the flavor and it mostly keeps them happy until lunch. I am just ordering again.

  I love this Vanilla Fit Smart shake, so much that I bought a second and third container of it in the last year.
  Now how many times can you say that?
  I don't know how much money I have completely wasted on pasty, gritty, yucchy milky smelling, burp-inducing protein shake mixes...have to throw the majority of them away...
  I am almost 50, 30 year+ vegetarian...with stomach issues, and food issues in general. This stuff is great tasting, and packed with protein. I can totally digest and tolerate this mix with no problems.
  I eat lots of veggies, fruits and protein are my challenge.
  Take 1 cup soy or skim milk, a two handfuls of frozen berries, a little pom juice, scoop of Fit Smart shake, take ye old hand blender to it and voila! The best smoothie ever if you are not partial to thickening banana content...my 12 year old loves it, so I don't have to worry so much about his protein consumption either. He doesn't have a weight issue but I do...it's the new year, and time to revisit this shake, because I have been so naughty!

  The old formula of this shake was wonderful. It had a good flavor plus included many vitamins in it. I loved that part of it. When I placed my order for another bottle of the Chocolate shake, I noticed it tasted different, not chocolate at all, just a weird sweet flavor. Then I read the label and compared it to my older bottle and realized they took out all the vitamins that were in it. I don't know what else was changed around, but I only used this because I workout and like to have protein for my breakfast. I still order this but have to tweak it by mixing it with cocoa and my husbands shakeology brand shake mix. That adds the flavor and vitamins I want, but also many more calories I do not want. I wish they would go back to the old version.

  My husband drinks these fitsmart shakes and loves them. What happened to the strawberry? He loved that one. I'm ordering him the old fashioned vanilla and hopefully he likes it as much as the strawberry. He has lost almost 30 lbs drinking the shakes. He will have a shake a night Monday - Friday.

  I have tried other shakes and couldn't gag them down. I bought the chocolate and found it be the best shake I've tried. I can have it for breakfast and I am not hungry until lunch. It is easy to make and easy to drink. Expensive but it did help me drop a few pounds. I am trying vanilla next.

  I love the chocolate shake, especially when I need to have energy but want something non-filing just before a fitness yoga class or even Jazzercise. Had been mixing with just water (on a low carb diet) but thought I'd try with unsweetened almond milk but when I went to buy the shake at a local So Cal "farmers market" grocery chain that has recently changed hands, I was told it was "discontinued"!! Glad to find that it was not Renew Life that had D/C'd it as I was told.
  I too, wish it was a little less expensive; I'd use it in my diet regime more often. Have tried other whey products, but they seem to make me feel a little queasy or bloated.
  One tip: make sure you briskly mix the powder in the liquid of your choice or else you'll have to eat the wet lumps with a spoon. (Don't want to waste any.)

  I tried this with apprehension, but was wonderfully surprised! The chocolate was an especially delicious experience and the vanilla every bit as good. I ordered through ReNew Life and got the strawberry, as well. My only concern presently is that I can't find the packets. The packets, though expensive, would be great for travel.

  This has got to be the best fiber/protein shake on the market. There is no other shake (I repeat, no other shake) on the market that has a perfect combination of fiber and protein to curb your appetite and supply you with daily nutrition. I must admit that the makers are pretty well aware of this, hence, the price tag. I had to stop using this product b/c of the price and have found a substitute albeit with modifications on my part to try and make it as close to this shake as possible. I would give this product 5 stars but b/c of price, I have given it 4.

  My Dietitian recommened this brand of protein shake to help manage weight loss and provide added protein and fiber in my diet. At first, I was worried it would be terrible because of my past experience with protein shakes. I was impressed with this product. I opened the vanilla package and it smelled like a yummy cake mix. I blended it up with some ice cold skim milk and added half a banana and some peanut butter and *BING* a healthy snack was ready to go and it tasted incredible. I crave my shakes more than junk food now. It is well worth the money you spend, you will not be disappointed with the taste and while my weightloss results are in the making, the shakes have certainly helped steer me in the right direction.

  I absolutely love these shakes. They pack a lot of nutrients and have 10 grams of fiber and 20 grams of protein! That is wonderful and they taste absolutely divine! I agree with the other customer...PLEASE continue making this shake. I cannot find anything that can compare to these. The use of acacia fiber is also an added benefit. Thank you.

  I bought this with the thought that it would be a great snack or a quick lunch if I'm in a hurry. I really look forward to having this shake. There is a recipe on the container for a Chocolate Banana Dream that you make with the chocolate powder, a banana, almond milk and some water..... It is scrumptious.

  I Love Fit Smart Shakes, My registered dietiacian approved these shakes and was very surprised they contain 20 grams protein, I had to take the canister to my appointment to prove it to her. I have pre-diabetes and these shakes keep me full/satisfied for 4 hours. Vanilla is great to make smoothies using recipes that are included on the lid of the product. I substitute carb smart yogurt for the milk, add fruit and 4-8 ozs water and a few ice cubes, plus a sugar free vanilla or strawberry milk mix pour for added flavoring. They are satisfying and delicious and assist in my weight loss efforts.
  
  Please don't stop making these shake mixes!!They are the BEST on the market that I have came across.
