  I suffered a stroke on July 27, 2007. Aphasia and chronic fatigue were daily problems. I slept 9 hours a night and often needed a nap in the afternoon. Diet became a priority. I was deluged with helpful information from several sources. As I read, processed, took notes and formulated a diet designed to help me, I watched my wife, Mary, getting healthier and losing weight without trying. She works in a health food store, was using your products and having great results. I was interested and started every day with a FitSmart Shake. I prefer vanilla; Mary prefers strawberry. If I feel fatigue in the afternoon, my snack is another Shake. I no longer need naps in the afternoon. 7-1/2 to 8 hours is sufficient now. Mental fatigue always accompanied physical fatigue, but your product helps to alleviate both daily. I am a devotee of FitSmart Shakes.

  I was looking for a weight loss plan, when I happened upon your Fiber 35 products. I have what doctors are calling IBS C. The C is for constipation. I thought to myself "What could it hurt", I was needing a fiber product anyway. I purchased the FitSmart shake and Sprinkle Fiber. Just using those products I lost 11 pounds in just two weeks... YES! I could not believe it. I then purchased your book and have been following your advise and pounds keep falling off. But most importantly I have become "regular". I am not so achy and cranky anymore. I feel better and have a lot of energy. I have not felt hungry since starting your program. Thank you so much.

  I weigh 124 pounds, my ideal weight for my height. I did fall back into my old eating habits a few times and put on a few pounds. The fiber 35 diet satisfies my hunger, and it is my plan for life, this is a lifestyle. I enjoy the fiber 35 protein shakes, I have one for breakfast every morning, and I eat one FitSmart Bar per day, they are delicious! The fiber 35 diet book is a precious treasure! I am extremetly happy with this lifestyle.

  I have tried all 3 flavors but use the vanilla and chocolate the most. I add frozen berries to the vanilla along with fat free yogurt that is high in fiber. To the chocolate I have added sugar free pudding high in fiber and/or a banana. I use unsweetened almond milk (vaniila and chocolate) for the liquid. When I want a thicker shake, I add ice before blending. The last tip I have is to blend all ingredients BEFORE you add the product...this helps cut down on the "foam" drastically. :o)
