  My husband and I are on our fifth day of the first cleanse. We both find ourselves very irritable with each other and others. Everything is a big deal all of a sudden. He has lost 4 pounds, while I've gained 2 pounds and have done nothing different, other than drown ourselves in water. I will say that I do feel a little less bloated and he said that has improved for him too. Not sure when we are supposed to actually see the results and even what they should be, but I am not enjoying the irritability or the weight gain.

  I have done other very expensive month-long cleanses in the past and none have given me the results that this one has. Of course, as is typical with a cleanse, I felt pretty gross the first few days to a week, headache, and acne breakout as the toxins are being cleaned out. But in the first week alone I lost 5 lbs, my stomach hasn't been this flat in ages, I have color in my face again, and loads of energy. For those that are feeling constipated, the product clearly says in the instructions that you should take a fiber supplement with this product since it does not contain strong laxatives. I have been taking Metamucil and it has been the best cleanse I've done. I actually love that it does not contain laxatives because many people have health problems that can't take laxatives, so this product cleanses while giving you the option to discard the "waste" in the way that is best for you. Plus, other cleanses I've done with laxatives make you run to the washroom about 10 times a day, not fun or convenient! I love, love, love this product and have recommended it to anyone that will listen. I will make this an annual thing. Wonderful.

  I have mild constipation, so I brought this cleanse to help jump start my new years "healthy lifestyle". This product states that it would produce 2-3 BMs a day. I followed instructions and it made me very constipated. It was day 5 before I had a BM and the stool was very hard! Therefore flaring up the hemorrhoids! I would not recommend this to ANYONE!

  This is the first cleanse ever for me. I was nervous because of the customer reviews about getting constipated because I was already constipated; I started with the products anyways. The first three days, yes, I felt bloated and crampy; after that everything started to flow perfectly, I didn't feel as hungry as before, my portions are considerably smaller and I feel satisfied, and with more energy. I actually started going to the gym again, this time kickboxing! I don't feel bloated anymore and I lost 6 lbs. in the 2 week period. I absolutely recommend this product, be patient, drink lots of water and just try to eat lighter food, more vegetables, less hamburgers.... I can't wait to try another cleanse or detox product from renew life!!

  im usually a very constipated person so i decided to try the first cleanse. i am now on my fourth day and i feel so much better i have about 2 bm a day and feel no bloating anymore ifeel so much energetic. and lost about 2 pounds. i feel no symptoms which is great. no cramping no headaches. less hungry. i didnt change my diet at all. all i wanted was to have a bm. and now i am. cant wait till im done. cant rate this product till im done. so far very satisfied.

  First of all it's hard to believe what you read, but for all it's worth I am a real person doing a real unbiased review. I decided to do this cleanse with my boyfriend. My boyfriend first tried out Cleanse Smart products 5 years ago when a health food store employee recommended the Liver Detox for his ongoing back acne). After the Liver Detox he had no more body acne issues and had much more energy.
  
  Now back on the topic of this First Cleanse product, I didnt notice any HUGE differences, for example there was no noticable difference in my elimination or energy levels (just for an FYI I already have a very clean and natural diet and exercise regularly).
  
  However, once the cleanse was done I went to work one day forgetting to put on deodarant and realized I did not have any body odor after a long day (on a hot summer August day). My boyfriend and I then decided to do some experiments. We stopped putting on deodarant and going on about our days, going on hikes, going to work, going to the gym (always having a spare deodorant bad JUUUST incase). It's absolutely amazing that I don't have any body odor after this cleanse EVEN after a hard workout. I wasn't expecting that at all. I now don't have to wear deodarant and that in itself is pretty great. The product clearly cleaned my filter organs, the liver and kidneys :). YAY

  I am 28 yrs old , mommy of four, I have never done a cleanse before and felt that my body was telling me it was time, bloating, fatigue, weight gain, irritable, aches and pains, Overall Icky, so this is day one of the cleanse, I took one capsule this morning, I will take another this evening, will increase water intake, and go grocery shopping for some healthier food options. Had a BM a few short hours after first capsule so~ far~ so~ good :)

  I am on day 3 of my first first cleanse.. I have already lost 2 lbs, assuming it is all water weight. I have been following the 'raw' diet, meaning foods of the earth, fresh low mercury fish and nuts.. Being an avid coffee drinker, I have not cut out caffiene completely, but only having one cup compared to my normal 5 cups. I am drinking extra water to mke up for it.
  I've also found a decaffinated green tea at my local grocer which is great with lemon juice!
  
  I have alot of lower back pain, which is apparently linked to the kidneys trying to process the released toxins or lower intestinal termoil. I started the cleanse because I had been feeling bogged down, sluggish...similar to how a blob would feel. I deeply miss dairy and wheat, and almost quit this cleanse yesterday, but I will stick it out till the end! Good luck to all of you.
  
  And for the record, the bottles I recieved say one capsule for the first three days, day and night, and then three capsules day 4 on.

  First: I believe with anything (medications, probiotics, herbals, etc) an individual must be honest with themselves. If you are an individual whom suffers from many health problems you must be careful when trying or introducing the body to new things. Second: We must remember that when we introduce the body to something different at first it is foreign and the body must adjust to the new supplement. When taking this product, my first intention was cleanse the body and all internal organs, rid the body from toxins, parasites and loose some possible stomach fat. As we know, if you are taking this you are possibly someone whom has not received a cleansing in awhile, so the colon has tons of built up waste. The body's natural reaction may be what is this entering? and attack back therefore causing diarrhea, loose bowels to remove it,etc, but when you begin a product as such you must eat more protein, fruits, vegetables and change to a healthier diet to assist the body in cleansing.I havent experienced alot of bm movements because I go regularly but the urinary tract stays busy with all of the extra water retention. Also, I believe that is also the body's way of cleansing the blood, skin etc..as listed on the side as well.Everything doesnot come through bowel it comes throught the skin which is the largest living organ and sweat, urine,etc..Everyone seems to be waiting for this big Power Removal in 24 hours. Also, stay away from greasy and fried foods that when I noticed stomach aches. The first 3 days you feel lightheaded and its a different feeling,I believe because its herbal and your body had to adjust but by the 4thday I was energized which I was not before and has been every since. I am positive about this cleanse. Remember also the digestive system is what makes for a strong immune system. My skin has cleared up as well. I believe the individuals with acne breakout experience and stomach problems and other reactions are the body's way of saying "hey what is happening" but drink plenty of water take at same time everyday and you will be fine. I take at 700am every morning and 700 at night. Follow directions people it also states take 30 mins before eating and 2hrs after eating.Not when you want to. So set your time to eat within that schedule so you wont forget. Pick a time and do it the same everyday so it becomes habit.If you choose a late hour and eat early take a light snack at night yogurt, fruit drink 100%juice light things to keep your stomach from working to hard.If you eat at night make sure you dont lay down either it takes the body 2hours to digest your food so dont lay on it.This can cause acid reflux.Okay good luck everyone and dont giveup start over and also if you exp diarrhea or upset stomach reduce your dosage to one capsule drink water and coat stomach with a light yogurt, milk, fat free scoop of ice cream once it settles. Last thing I now sleep wonderfully it helps me to relax so much more.Be Blessed all and stay positive and so will the body!

  I too took 3 capsules as said on the bottle instead of the 1 capsule recommended on the site. I'm now terrified I did something seriously wrong. I am discontinuing it because the actual bottle versus the website makes me doubt the validity of the product.

  This note is to let you know FirstCleanse has worked exactly as described. I had no problem after taking FirstClease as you prescribed in the instructions. It was gentle and made me more regular as you said (approx 3 times a day). I was glad to have tried this for the first time. Thank you.

  To start with, the dosage instructions on the bottles are VERY different from the instructions here online (online it says one capsule; on the bottle, THREE). OK. I took THREE, since that is what the bottle said, and I was taking it from the bottle, not the computer screen (although wouldn't you think they would have the same info???). Anyhow, fast forward to the next morning: I took the am capsules, and around 1pm, had really bad abdominal pain, and I am not a person who wimpers/moans about pain.
  
  I rain to the bathroom, and - not to be gross - but it was explosive. This would have been less gross if I were home, but I was at work. Ugh. Watery, nasty and gross. When I finally got back to my office, 5 minutes later, I was dashing back to the bathroom....
  
  Am throwing out the rest tonight.... total waste of $$$.

  Gentle cleanse was my first cleanse in a while, say 10 years. I expected more from this treatment. My expectations was 1: Lose weight, did not happen, even though I was on a 1200 calories regiment and exercised 3 days a week, (running mileage 15-18) miles a week. 2: I was hoping my stomach would flatten down, did not see this; 3: My BM would not be too smelly, I did notice an improvement in this area. I take triple fiber to help with my medication of metformin and januvia, so my BM have been normal. I am unsure what direction to go now, since the next step would be a liver cleanse. Unsure if this is needed. Could use some advice.

  I had high hopes for this to work but I had to abandon this cleanse after the first week. Never in my life have I been more constipated, bloated, and irritable. Read all the directions, drank tons of water, and exercised but I felt horrible all the time. Big waste of money in my opinion.

  I finished my first cleanse (hence the name!) last week. I did not feel much of what the others mentioned (no headaches/change in energy/etc.) but this did give me 1-3 good bm's a day. (I thought was was going to be running to the bathroom for two weeks but that was not at all the case.) I have also been reading an excellent book called, "Healing Digestive Illness" that has also been a big help to my diverticulosis. Try these two products out!

  I began two nights ago. I am generally a constipated and bloated person. I have an ok bm every or every other day, but usually don't feel as though its a "satisfied" movement. So far, that hasn't changed, so I may add a fibre supplement. Yesterday afternoon after three doses of the cleanse, I had a terrible headache and fatigue. My gut feeling was that "its working" so I took some Advil and went to bed. After an hour or so nap, I got up and did five hours of gardening without a break! So definitely an increase in energy, feeling much less hungry, and feeling hopeful that the bms will start increasing. I'm actually up 3 pounds this week due to eating all my favourites before my cleanse:~ Now gotta drink water, eat the good stuff, and get the fibre up! Any other tips would be helpful, this review section is great! This cleanse seems gentle so far but wondering if I could have used a more powerful one...

  My Fiance and I decided to start the cleanse about 4 days ago together. We chose to take a strict vegan diet with it sticking to fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and eggs (which while not vegan is a great source of protein). So far we're doing okay, I keep having terrible sugar cravings and hes dying for a great piece of chicken, but other than that the typical results - headaches, fatigue, and other mild symptoms. We're really excited to see it through and cant wait to get a few more days in to start feeling better. The toughest part has been finding different things to eat that are within our limitations...one can only eat so many sweet potatoes a week! Stay tuned though - we're going to tough it out and will be back with the results!! Love reading all the positive feedback, it helps drive us forward!

  I'm a 51 year old female and finished my first-ever cleanse 2 weeks ago. I've been wanting to try a cleanse for quite some time, bought the kit and, with trepidation, finally decided to jump in. Similar to other reviewers, the first few days, I felt slightly headachy and lethargic. By day 3, my energy was back to normal and I started feeling great. I did need to add the Fibresmart to the mix on day 4 but this corrected a problem with constipation. Overall, I haven't felt this good in many years - I lost that nagging bloated feeling, a number of inches, 7 pounds while on the cleanse and 3 post by continuing with some of the dietary changes. I'm planning to do a 2nd cleanse in the fall as I loved the results and the way I felt throughout the program.

  We decided to do this cleanse over Christmastime, which wasn't the easiest time of year to do it! But, we stuck with the food requirements, and the capsules regularly.
  We experienced some of the common symptoms people have, like lower energy for the first few days, and some headache/flu symptoms, but by new year's day we were out and cross country skiing in the mountains, feeling great! And that was at day 10!
  We found some days a little more challenging than others, but we both found a more natural balance in our bodies after around the 7 day mark, and it was the perfect kickoff to then enjoying the slow carb diet described in The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss.
  We started blogging about our experiences, and continue to do so now.

  I just finished the two week cleanse and I feel a lightness in all my joints, and a distinct lifting of my brain fog. The first few days I did have symptoms similar to those experienced after getting a flu shot when you're unwittingly harboring a virus: body aches, headache, extreme fatigue. Also my skin became extremely itchy. I called Renew Life's Cleansing & Detox Coach helpline and was reassured that this was within the range of possible initial responses to the detox process. Then the aches and itchiness lifted and I felt much better, so I continued the cleanse. I did have to help the cleanse along with some psyllium husk powder (soluble fiber), but I think I didn't drink enough water. But now my skin is softer, my nails are growing faster, my thinking is clearer, and I have more energy.

  Had muscle pain and brain fog for years (fybro?) These are mostly gone. I can think more clearly now. Time during treatment was up and down I'm sure due to toxin's. I'm going to try liver detox next. Then probably more detox from this company. Not stellar results but better than I was before trying this. I recommend to try it.

  This was my first cleanse and I loved it! It helped my bloat, energy, brain fog, skin and more! However, I did get sick with an awful cough...my fiance is convinced it was the cleanse but I'm not so sure since it was during cold season. As soon as my cleanse was done my cough was gone (So I gave 4 instead of 5 stars just in case). Next, I'm going to do the Candigone and I can't wait!

  I have done this First Cleanse 3 times over the last few years. I have a very sensitive system and can only handle a mild cleanse. I am on day 13 of 14. After a long stressful winter, I had adopted wome really bad eating habits. I used this cleanse as a catalyste to better diet and excersize routine. I have already lost 4 pounds and feel fantastic and full of energy! The first few days are rough (giving up all those yummy yet horrible foods) but by day 5 I felt really good. Now I feel great. Awesome first cleanse or great repeat cleanse for those like me!

  I was feeling really gasy, diareha, nausea...just toxic in general. I had done a cleanse years ago, and thought maybe it was time. with in 4 days I noticed the gas had stopped. I did stop also with the diareha and then nothing for a few days...by day 9ish I was regular and fealing feeling so much better. Even the clarity in my brain was great. I am finished with the capsules, but I can tell the cleanse is still working its way through. I think I will try the daily cleanse-just to keep the energy level up!

  I was very disappointed in this cleanse. It was the first time I had tried a cleanse and this was highly recommended. I had more gas, less energy, and overall felt no difference. Was hoping to at least shake the bloated feeling I have. Debated returning the product a few different times but kept my hopes up it was going to start working :S I may try the advanced cleanse.

  I have tried a few cleanses, fad soup diets, and am always up for trying something new. For me, a cleanse is a jump start to a healthier way to lose weight, and to eliminate cravings! The herbs in these capsules are fabulous for cleansing! I did have to take the CleanseMORE sample capsule (included) on night #2, but after that I made sure to drink plenty of water, extra flax fiber & Omega 3-6-9 oil.
  
  I am now finished with this 2 week cleanse, and I have absolutely no cravings for the sweets and the treats that I used to indulge in daily. I am still not drinking coffee; instead loving green tea, and no more sugar. I have decided I am going to continue eating a really Clean diet (little to almost no processed foods). I now feel satisfied when I eat healthy and have smaller portions. I have no desire to go back to the bad eating ways, where I so easily get trapped into. My stomach is flat again, and my clothes feel loose!!! I believe I lost about 8 pounds doing this cleanse... BUT, I stuck with eating a clean diet and exercising too, on top of their suggestions they recommended for best results.
  
  On another note. I had some stomach issues for the past few months, and have been taking acid reducer tablets daily, per my Dr's orders. Guess what? I haven't taken that pill in over 2 weeks, and no issues with my stomach anymore!
  
  If you need a jump start, and you are willing to change your ways for 2 weeks, then this could be the jump start that works for you too!

  I tried this product because I felt it would be a good starting point, not too drastic. It worked great, I felt better and dropped 10 pounds, which I did not expect. My stomach is flatter and I have lost inches. I went and bought one for my husband and he also likes it and has felt the benefits. It is simple to use and provides results. I did have some outbreaks of acne but that was the product working. I will use it again and recommend it highly. I am going to follow up with the liver cleanse or the heavy metal cleanse next.

  The product works. Drink lots of water!! You really need to add one of the Omega Oil products with this cleanse & Fiber. It may be too gentle for some. I did experience slight irregular BM. Adding an Omega Oil product was just the compliment it needed. I am in my mid 40's about 20lbs over weight. Feel bloated & tired all the time This product did make me feel better, but I am not going to run a marathon. lol Ready for the next phase of Renew Life.

  I decided to do this cleanse after a bad cold, sinus infection and a round of antibiotics. I had never done a cleanse before, I was nervous about it, so chose this one since it isn't a full-blown cleanse. A little history, I have pretty bad IBS and go about 3 times a day normally, and get diarrhea about every other day. So, for the good - my diarrhea stopped almost immediately upon starting the cleanse, my skin cleared up and my energy increased. The bad - I experienced constipation about 4 times during the cleanse (I am never constipated and did not change any of my eating habits or exercise during the cleanse). I eat a pretty healthy diet on a regular basis, so the constipation was very frustrating. The downside to having more energy, was the insomnia I experienced during the cleanse. I called RenewLife about the insomnia and they assured me that there are no stimulants in the product (which there are not) so maybe I was just sensitive to one of the herbs in the cleanse. I gave it 3 stars because it sort-of worked for me, but the insomnia and constipation I experienced convinced me to not use this cleanse again. But I can see how it works for others.

  I have never done a cleanse before, I am 26 years old, and thise was the product I chose to ease into eventually doing a parasite/yeast cleanse. I absolutely loved this! I also used Renew Life's FiberSmart powder which I mixed with yogurt instead of water (SO much better this way!) and a Omega 3-6-9 supplement (my health food store did not have the reccomended Renew Life OilSmart). It was really gentle and effective. i had two regular, thorough bowel movements a day, my skin cleared up, I beat my cheese and meat cravings, and actually lost weight! I am now doing a diy liver detox recipe I found online, and am on day one of that. I love feeling clean inside, I wish I had done this like 10 years earlier!

I am encouraged to be more disciplined and use the other recommended cleanses in the 3-step program. This was definitely a good jumpstart into a better health regimen.

  I started my 15-day acoupling with a Daniel fast. Just fruits and vegetables no process foods. The first 3-days I could tell the different. My BM's were excellent. I've complete the cleanse about a week ago and started the Atkins diet. I'm on my second week of the Atkins diet and BM's are still amazing. This morning I took a dump that made my eyes roll back in my head. For someone who never done a cleansing. I would suggest doing the First Cleanse I'm impressed by the results.
  
  When I was a young I dreamed of a BMW, but now I'm over 40 I dream for the prefect BM. Thank you for this product you've made my dreams come true.

  This was the first cleanse I ever did and I am so happy I found this product. I completed the entire 14-day program and I lost 7 pounds. But more importantly I feel amazing! I have tons of energy and I feel so happy. This product has greatly improved my life. I am going to continue my cleansing journey with a kidney cleanse and parasite cleanse using the Renew Life products.

  I, too, felt very tired the first couple of days taking this. I was not expecting any weight loss but wanted to feel less bloated and overall "cleaner". I felt neither. All this product did was make my stools looser. I went about 3 times a day, whereas before, I was only voiding once a day. My skin did break out the first couple of days as well. I am a 38-year-old stay-at-home mother of 2, a healthy eater and walk 45 minutes, briskly, 4-5 days a week plus do at-home strength exercises such as light free weights and exercise ball. I am disappointed but "you live and you learn."

  I would say that this product is cleaning my bowel and liver well. I was wondering if anyone is experiencing severe fatigue with this product. Would appreciate any feedback.

  I took this product in April right before i wedding i was standing in,(2wks before) I noticed that i was getting small white bumps on my forhead after the 3 day of using it. I then stopped due to being in the wedding, so i cont to use it after the wedding instead. I did have some cramps but not to the point that i was going to pass out or anything it was only a day or two after that I was back to normal....BUT my skin!! so I was getting more and more of this little white bumps on my face, it really bothers me! Keep in mind i have perfect PERFECT skin most of all my life. I dont know what i did wrong, it is July now and I'm still getting "effects" of my skin breaking out!! I have gfs telling me that they have know me 15-20 yrs and have never seen my skin so bad =(. I do realize that this was my first time of "detoxing" and that maybe i have LOTS of bad toxin in my body but i just want to know how long this will take?? i want my skin back!!! i would use this product again since there was no horrible side effects BUT what it did to my skin im not sure i would anymore. It is very stressful for me since I'm in the skin industry all the blimish on my face is not helping!!!

  I have finished using First Cleanse now. I used it for the first time. I did not feel any special changes, but I lost my appetite and 1-2 kg :-) Now I started paragone. I am drinking it for 2 dys and I feel asleep all the time. Will be waiting for the good results :-)

  I decided to cleanse after a week-long vacation which included consuming many of my favorite foods! Prior to this indulgence, I have been experiencing a nine-month bout of extreeme bloating (I do have a daily BM). I was hoping the cleanse would combat this discomfort. Four days into the cleanse, I noticed my back acne dissappear! Also, my friends comment on how clear my facial skin looks now! However, the bloating has persisted. I do follow a wheat free, lactose free diet which consists of whole-grains, organic produce, lean meats and eggs. I'm looking to try either the parasite or candida cleanse next. Perhaps microbes are to blame...

  This is only my 4th days into the cleanse. I have noticed that my muscles are achy and tight. I also have an increased apetite. I am drinking the required amount of water and have added more fiber to my diet. Is the achy muscles normal? I have stretched and stretched and they still ach, like when your fixing to get the flu.

  This is a two week program and I am now on my third day. I don't feel any change at all. This is my first cleanse. I bought it because I have lots of flatulence, and I do not have a BM daily. If I do have a BM, it's not a normal one. Still waiting for regularity. When these two weeks are up, I'm going to try to regular strength Cleanse Smart.

  I have almost finished my cleanse and all though I am less bloated I haven't noticed anything positive. I don't normally break out ever, but about a week into the cleanse I woke up with huge blemishes overnight, I also experienced frequent headaches. I did change my diet and stuck to what they recommended, and I still was running to the bathroom. I will try the next step with the advanced cleanse and see if I experience anything different.

  I found FirstCleanse quite effective. When I ran out, I had to find a place that sold product near me as it is very important for my daily health and mental well being, in spite of the changes I made in my diet.

  I suffered from a severe psoriasis condition since childhood. Three weeks after beginning First Cleanse my psoriasis cleared by ninety percent. Within two months it was gone. I wouldn't waste my time with anything else. Some things have been helpful (change in diet), but this product is tops. I spent years using cortisol creams and tar shampoo only to see the condition return worse. With the cleanse I immediately noticed a reduction in stomach bloating and my skin began to clear. I followed the outline in the pamphlet that comes with the box and insured I exercised each day and reduced processed foods. This product should be a staple of the medical community for skin issues.

  Elimination was huge everyday even if I didn't eat much that day. Bowel movements felt complete where they weren't before. I might have lost some weight. My stomach is flatter. I'm not as hungry during the cleanse. I feel compelled to do this on a regular basis and can't stand the idea of having all that build up stay in my system so long. I was amazed at the amount and was glad to get rid of it. I felt fine with no side effects or reactions. Everyone should do this periodically.

  My face has significantly cleared. I've had no new blemishes since beginning first cleanse. I also notice I am sleeping more soundly and have regular bowel movements, almost predictable! Moods have been steady, no "crabby" moments. Thank you!

  I just completed First Cleanse. Within the first week I noticed 3 things: my left leg (which has been swollen for about 20 years) was much less swollen and felt like my leg. The bone on the top of my arch no longer aches at the end of the day. My bunion or gout does not ache. My stomach is no longer bloated.

  I used First Cleanse to prepare me for surgery. Since I didn't know what would come after, I knew that my body would need as much help as I could give it. It was also mentally empowering to do something for me prior to the "long" wait (17 days). Happy ending ... my bowel started up the day after surgery with no problems. I credit my easy recovery to First Cleanse.

  I am using First Cleanse, as a first time cleanser. I have taken first three days and noticing an almost immediate change in my energy, but am experiencing constipation. I have been able to move my bowels by increasing my magnesium and vitamin C supplements, but have not achieved anything near normal bowel function. On the evening of my first day I did take the cleanse support laxative (CleanseMore) and repeated it last evening (my third day). Today I didn't even take the cleansing formula, because I have a full feeling. I did research all the available cleansing products, and chose FirstCleanse because as described, it best suited my needs. I have a daily BM (sometimes 2 or 3), that I would describe as fairly normal.

  I've tried other detox programs and have had severe headaches and cramping as side effects. With FirstCleanse, these side-effects are very minimal and hardly noticeable. I cannot believe the difference it's made for me. I feel like a new person. I can think more clearly and I've got so much more energy. I'm a believer in cleansing now.

  About a year ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I was given Lyrica, Muscle Relaxers and a heavy duty Advil for the pain and stiffness. The meds weren't something I wanted to take, but in desperation did take them for a period of time. I talked with my neurologist about "alternative medicine" and he gave me a suggestion. I went to Gary's World of Wellness and spoke to them. I did First Cleanse, and within 4 days of using this product the pain started to subside. The stiffness was going away. I had more energy and was amazed.

  I bought this product through a local natural vitamin store, because it was my first cleanse..overall I haven't had any problems or discomforts, I was expecting more of a cleansing type effect(not a harsh one)..I do feel slightly more energetic..I wish as Karen F(above) that I had no allergy issues, while taking this product..but I have had terrible spring allergies..so maybe that is why I am not feeling to sure about the effectiveness of this product!..I guess for a first time cleanse it is doing whatever it is supposed to..Pros~helped my nails grow/overall enery!

  My thoughts in day 4, I didn't experience anything until day 3 and for me that was a feeling of being full and not hungry, but on day 4 my world has opened up and I am looking forward to completing this program. I feel a little dehydrated but that is because I need to drink more water....other than that, it is gentle. Looking forward to the coming days. Also, I thought I would have to use the "support pills" that came with it but I opted not to and to increase my water intake as to ease the feeling which it has.

  I just finished the FirstCleanse and I am happy to report that my skin looks fantastic - no blemishes in 10 days and the color of my skin is warm and vibrant! Additionally, I suffer horribly from Spring allergies. I am amazed that I haven't had any problems - no sneezing, no sinusitis, no itchy/watery eyes, no headaches, no fatigue. I take allergy medications year-round but decided not to use them during the detox. I have had NO allergy problems so far, I can hardly believe it. I'm really looking forward to the advanced cleanse (CleanseSmart). Thank you for a reliable product and for making this all so easy!

  My daughter gave me FirstCleanse about three weeks ago. I did as instructed and I am amazed by the change in my energy and awareness. I feel about twenty and I am actually 75!
