  I normally use the chewables for added fiber but I had a coupon for RENEWLIFE and bought the CLEAR FIBER formula. Not good. When I add it to my fruit juice or water in the morning it clumps and becomes jelly-like at the bottom of the glass. I have to get out a whisk and mix for a good minute and even then I have little jelly bits floating around. I will not buy this product again.

  I had been having severe digestive trouble after a course of antibiotics, having only little bits of diarrhea for 2 months, a stomach so distended I could not sit (only stand and lie down), and I could not eat more than a few spoonfuls of food at a time, usually baby food, without refluxing. The gastroenterologist I went to see did not take it seriously even though I had lost 25 pounds in less than a month because I could not eat. He decided to make me wait 3 more weeks for the scopes to diagnose the problem. Things got so bad I honestly thought I was going to die. I started drinking the powder stuff to see if it would help, as I heard the slippery elm could help calm things down in the digestive tract. After about a week, I passed a large intestinal obstruction, a week before the scheduled scopes. Suddenly within 24 hours my intestines started to clear out and I could eat again.
  
  I went to another doctor right after it passed and he was appalled that the gastro doc had not sent me straight to the ER. But at least I am ok. I am convinced this product along with heavy doses of garlic for infection helped me clear this obstruction safely and without complications. Not that I'm saying anyone should try clearing an obstruction without help from a doctor, but the two doctors I saw previously were no help and didn't bother to check for one. I would still be in utter misery right now if not for this.

  I have just bought this product today for the first time. I took aone tablespoon of the product and mixed it into some cold water. it mixed properly , the taste was not the greatest,...however one thing I can say for sure, about 2 hours after yaking this dosage, I can feel a huge difference...cannot believe, bloating totally gone. felt satieted, no cvarings or hunger pangs...and this is only my firs dosage...cant wai to see what 's next in store with this product.
  
  Also like a previous viewer said keep the great products coming, this is the first I have tried in this line, seems as though I will be trying many more products in this line....and with the economy etc...please dont change anything....the product., he pricing, the availability etc...coz you will be hurting a lot of people as per these reviews...some lives may be taken away...should you change anything with the STATUS QUO...keep the products coming!

  I strongly believe RenewLife is the BEST brand for any stomach related problems. The quality of their products cannot be compared w/ anything else. I have always had issues w/ regularity. I would go days (3-5) without having a single bowel movement. It became so frustrating and I stressed about it everyday. My skin began to break out really bad and I felt like I couldn't find the right answer. After years of trying different things, I've learned that keeping my colon clean is crucial for bowel movements. This includes detoxing and getting rid of all the bad toxins. The best way I accomplished this was doing a series of colon hydrotherapy treaments using purified clean water (which I highly recommend!!!). These cleaned me out completely and made me feel great! I've never felt so much relief in my life. Once I was clean, maintenance was key. I began detoxing every morning using chlorophyll (1 tsp), a scoop of this fabulous FiberSmart w/ 16 ounces of water along w/ my daily Norwegian Gold Critical Omega (also by RenewLife of course). This is all taken on an emtpy stomach/1hr before eating breakfast. Within a few days, I starting having smooth bowel movements and my skin began to clear up. Now, my skin glows and is acne free :) I am so thankful for this product. Those w/ sensitive colons need that extra daily TLC and this product does just that and more! THANK YOU RenewLife for giving me my health back! :)

  I had a gassy stomach for so long that was started by ulcer. This past 2 years had been a hell of rides of many stomach pain, bloating, acid refluct, passing gas, constipation, and loss of energy. I had seen 5 GI doctors and everyone saying eat right, take anti acid, and lower stress level. Those suggestions are good but nothing helps. I had tried few fibers product with no available too. I tried this product due to my desperation of stomach pain last month. Whole Foods staff suggested me to take this compare to others. It was the liberation day for me. I have reduced 90% of the pain since the powder reduces possibility to get gassy. I don't have to hold my gassy stomach painfully in the meeting and do not have to sleep in pain anymore. I wonder why all of these doctors never recommended me with sometime as natural as this at the beginning???? If I found this product 2 years ago I would not have to suffer for 2 years. I am recovering now and hopefully my ulcer can heals within few months. DAMMM GOOD PRODUCT.

  I have had trouble with constipation for years! I'm 30 years old and in great health except for my digestive problems that really bother me on a daily basis. I have tried everything...including a detox/cleanse which I am currently doing right now. The directions in the cleanse say to make sure you have a bowel movement atleast once a day. I was nervous going into the cleanse that I wouldn't go even every 2 or 3 days (which is normally what I do) so I searched the local health food store for a fiber supplement that might actually work and not just make me gassy! I took a chance on this product, mostly because it was organic, had no sugar, wheat, soy, gluten or yeast (which I cannot have on this cleanse) and had probiotics in it. I am so happy I took a chance on this! Since I have started taking it I have had a bowel movement everyday! I can't remember the last time that was the case! I take one scoop in the morning with 8 ounces of a water/juice mixture. I found that the taste was not so great in just plain water so now I take it with juice and water together and it's absolutely fine. I highly recommend Fiber Smart!

  I'm not easily sold on supplements, but this fiber has been a life changer for me - literally. I suffered from IBS for years, but once I consistently began my FIBERSMART routine my symptoms subsided. I've been happily "functioning" for 4 years now (since I've been taking FiberSmart). Note: when I stop taking my capsules even for a few days, my IBS symptoms begin creeping back. Its a good reminder of what a stellar product this is.

  I've used FiberSmart after doing my FirstCleanse. I do feel better and am more regular. I've used the capsules so far, but I may try the powder next.

  Hi, I totally agree with other reviews, it's like night n day the difference fibers smart has made in my intestinal issues. I have been so constipated for years,like hard dry pebbles. So much discomfort but after only two days , wow a huge log and regular everyday,,, a must have!!!!

  I have tried all kinds of fiber products, but the Fibersmart powder is really good. I put one scoop in warm to hot water with the juice of half a lemon first thing in the morning, and I take another scoop at night in cool water. It dissolves well, does not taste bad, and makes my stomach feel much more balanced. I like that probiotics and FOS are added ---1830

  I emphatically believe that your product, FiberSmart, has
  been instrumental in optimizing my health, perhaps
  I could even go so far to say it is a life saver!
  For much of the last 25 years I have experienced stomach distress and constipation. I have tried countless fiber products, both natural and unnatural, none of which have worked even slightly. Always believing that psyllium husk fiber was the best for ALL intestinal issues, I continued harming my body with it and other means of eliminating pain, bloat, gas, and constipation.
  Thankfully a friend suggested I try FiberSmart, a product she told
  me was the only fiber supplement she has had success with, not to mention the added Probiotics, L-Glutamine, and FOS - in a fiber supplement - WOW!!
  Now I am sold and will not go one day without it! I now experience intestinal comfort, and daily "efficiency"!

  This product is superior to any on the market! Contrary to the ONLY poor review by posted on 10/6/11 stating issues such as 1) poor taste 2) sand consistency 3) non-dissolving....NONE of those are true as is evident by the dozens of other reviews!
  Probably if you're consuming daily doses of sugar, red meat, potatoes, fast foods, and other gut-killing "foods", and little or no raw foods, nuts, enzymes, etc., you probably won't have a good experience with anything that would optimize your intestines!
  For over 30 years I have had digestive distresses and constipation-related issues. I have tried every product, including Benefiber, and none compare to FiberSmart! The taste is great, it is completely dissolveable, and has a very fine consistency (not sandy or gritty at all like Benefiber).

  I just tried this after a suggestion from my health food store. The label says great tasting, and it's not--it's like eating sand! And it does not dissolve in the liquids, which doesn't help with the tatse. My first try was with plain water and after 3 glasses with constant stirring there was still undissolved powder in the bottom. The second was in a berry juice and it totally ruined the taste and still didn't dissolve. I don't think I can finish the jar of this stuff. I'd rather use Benefiber, which has no taste and totally dissolves.

  In May of 2009 I underwent a surgical procedure to have my ovaries removed. Following the surgery I did not have a bowel movement for 12 days. After 2 weeks I went to the ER and was admitted for 5 days with a collapsed bowel and stomach. I was told this sometimes happens due to the anesthesia. I was told that I had an ileus. This is paralysis of the intestine. Basically my bowels and stomach did not wake up after surgery. After 8 months of taking $500.00 worth of medication a month, including an FDA study drug, I stopped everything on my own. I had been going to a chiropractor and she recommended I try some natural medications. By this time my blood pressure and cholesterol were out of control due to toxic poison. After 2 weeks of taking Fiber Smart & Fish Smart (Renew Life), my numbers started to improve. It has now been 1 year and 7 months later and this is all I take. I was able to stop all my Rx medications. My blood pressure is now normal and my overall cholesterol went from 375 to 230. I have regular bowel movements everyday and all my bloating is gone.
  I was told from 3 different gastro doctors that I could die if I didn't start to go to the bathroom on a regular basis. They were going to scope me down through my throat to remove the feces. Thanks to Fiber Smart with probiotics/FOS/L-Glutamine I did not have to have this done. I have lost 24 lbs. and am living proof that natural products are the way to go. Thanks to prayers and Renew Life I am back to normal. I take 3 every night before bed and take Fish Smart every a.m.

  Been taking it for a month now and I don't get bloated and constipated anymore as long as I take it on a constant basis. If I miss a few days I notice. I also don't drink enough water every day so taking it with water is a double plus for me.

  I turned 50 this year (eeks!) and have unfortunately suffered with constipation, irritable bowel, and dull pain on my lower left side most of my life. I have tried every imaginable product but often felt like I was doing myself more harm than good. Since trying FiberSmart and using it regularly in the morning and evening, I feel soooo much better! I think the key is to use it consistently and for at least 3-4 weeks before deciding if it works for you. Best of luck and thanks a million FiberSmart!

  I began using FiberSmart following my 3rd surgery for a bowel resection. It works wonders and has jump-started my journey back to wellness. I cannot recommend it highly enough and have given the product to family and friends for use in general health purposes. It should be required use for any patient recovering from gastro-intestinal (G.I.) surgery. You should ship a case to my surgeon! Thanks again for your wonderful product.

  For many years I have suffered with chronic pain on my left side. Despite numerous x-rays and medical tests, everything was inconclusive. I came across your product line and started with FiberSmart. It worked well for me. Then I started taking IntestiNEW and within a few weeks, the pain on my left side started subsiding. Little by little my other health problems such as fatigue and shortness of breath went away. I wish to thank Renew Life for such great products. It has made such a difference in my life!   I wanted to write and tell you how FiberSmart and IntestiNEW have helped me. I am 67 years old and have had problems all my life with my stomach. To name a few, constipation, peptic ulcer, acid reflux, colitis, heartburn, and gas. Both FiberSmart and IntestiNEW have helped. I use the powder and it isn't bad tasting at all. I have shared this product with an uncle with history of stomach problems. he is 86 years old and can't believe how it has helped him. Renew Life, keep up the good work as I am totally sold on your products.

  I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your products. I used Cleanse Smart and ParaGone and noticed dramatic results. My chronic yeast infections and acne are almost non-existent. I get many compliments about my skin which is amazing. Friends and family started using your products when they noticed the results I was getting. One of my favorite products is Fiber Smart. I would never think of using any other kind of fiber. Thank you so much for this product. I am now healthier and noticing changes in myself that I never thought could happen.   I have been using Renew Life products off and on for a while now. I have tried different fiber products but have returned to using FiberSmart by Renew Life. I am not affiliated with this company but I difinitely believe in it. FiberSmart helps me with my digestion. At times, I am so miserable when it comes to bloating and constipation but when I take this product 3 times a day, my life is so much better. Before this product I could go days with a bowel movement but now I go at least 2 to 3 times a day if I am consistent.
  I will definitely stick with it. If its not broke, dont try and fix it. I have read several reviews about this product from other people. I dont know if it was a competing company or not but they were saying that this product does not have enough fiber in it per serving. However, obviously for my body it does. Thank you Renew Life for helping me feel normal.
  My request to you is that you continue to provide quality service and products. Please do not start short changing the consumers because of the ecomony because we need genuine, caring and dedicated as well as holistic thinking people in this world today. So many companies are doing that now.
