    I have lost 5 pounds on your program. I love the Fiber Chews, when ever you feel like a snack they totally fulfill the craving. I have to be careful of my weight and hope to continue to lose 10 more pounds.

    I have struggled with my weight all of my life. From the time I got married to now I have gained 60 pounds.
