  I already ate pretty healthy and wanted to jump start things with my new exercise routine by adding this cleanse. Aside from gurgle tummy that cleanses usually bring, I felt less hungry which was nice. But by the end of the first week I started getting not only nauseous, but having pain on my abdomen and bad burpy gas. I stopped the cleanse on day seven when the nausea got so bad u threw up at work. It's now been seven days since I stopped the cleanse and I am still getting very gasy, cranky and nauseous after I eat. Im having trouble staying hydrated and have had pain in my kidneys. I've been constipated and very uncomfortable. It feels like my body no longer knows how to break down food. Trying to reduce to only eating simple protiens, adding Metamucil, and probiotics. Will go to doctor if things don't get back on track soon. I do not think this is a safe product. Be careful.

  I've been using this product for about 2 days. By the end of the second day, I started not feeling well at all. By the third day, I had diarrhea and was feeling miserable. Like I had a stomach virus. I think it has to do with the evening pills for the colon cleanse. I'm not taking those pills anymore, but I'll continue with the daily pills containing Svetol.

  I just finished the full 14 day cycle of DietStart Cleanse. I found that I had more energy and a sense of well being while on this program. This was my first try with a "cleanse" product & I didn't know what to expect. I was pleased with the results. I will definitely buy again. Thanks!

  I've been using the Diet Start Cleanse for almost a week and a half and I want to say I feel so much better. I sleep better, have better bowel movements and I feel a difference in my weight. I also have used the bowel cleanse and it works wonderful. I will be purchasing more of the Diet Start so that I can do 4 weeks at a time. Thank you so much for your product.

  I wanted to get a jump start on weight loss before the New Year so I bought Diet Start. I didn't make an effort with reducing my caloric intake, but I continued to eat a high fiber diet, averaging between 30-35 grams of fiber each day. Given the fact that I didn't change my diet, I managed to lose 2 pounds in the first week. By the end of the second week, I noticed my abdomen felt flatter.
  
  Throughout the two week cleanse I experienced good bowel elimination and felt great. I will definitely use Diet Start again for a longer period and reduce my calories to get the greatest benefit from the program.

  I am beginning the second week of this system. The first pill gave me no side effects at all, the colon cleanse though did. The day after taking the two pills at bedtime, I had developed a stomach ache that started as a normal bowl movement that turned into a loose bowl movement that turned in diarrhea. It only lasted for about 15 minutes. Every day after the entire first week, I had loose stools, sometimes even diarrhea and had to make sure the entire week I was close to a bathroom. Also so far, a week into it, I haven't lost any weight. Today, on day 7, I have terrible diarrhea and my stomach has been in knots all day like how you feel after recovering from a stomach virus. I am going to continue the fat flush pills, but Im done with the colon cleanse. We'll see how the second week goes - I will update in one week.

  I used this product in March. Combined with that and excersise, I lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. I havent used it since and I am starting to feel abnormal again, not as much energy like I had when I used that product, so I am ordering more of it, about a month supply. It is an excellent product. Also it is herbal so that is a plus.

  I started Diet Start after Thanksgiving because of the few extra pounds I gained during that week. I found it very easy to take and saw results mid way through the second week. I lost about 5 pounds and plan on starting it again in January, it was great! I was very pleasantly surprised.

  I have used this product several times for a two-week period, but at the beginning of January I decided to do this 2-week cleanse back-to-back. I was in my third week when I fainted at the gym. After a two-hour glucose test, my doctor determined I was hypoglycemic. When I did some research on Svetol and Fraxipure, I found out that those ingredients have been known to induce a hypoglycemic effect. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU'RE HYPOGLYCEMIC. Of course, when I read the product information sheet, it was written on there to consult a doctor prior to use if you have a family history of hypoglycemia and diabetes.
