  Very mild detox, it started to work right away and by 2nd week my skin cleared up and definately my mood improved. I now take as part of regular vitamin intake.

  For those who just want to do a little bit every day, this is the way to go. After a few days, I noticed a difference. Things started to "come up" as it were - I began to get some pimple flare-ups. But I stuck with it, and by the second week, my skin had cleared and my mood improved, and then by the last week, I felt great. A literal night-and-day difference.
