  Being over 40 I have become a junk food addict. The kids are older so not as much responsibility for me, so I snack,snack and snack. Now i dont have those cookie cravings and I feel fine.

  Just started taking this product. Texture and taste is nasty, but if it works ultimately, I will
  continue to use it. I have NOT seen dramatic results as others state, so I am wondering how LONG I will have to use it to see reduced cravings and hopefully lose some weight!!

  This product works. I have 5 kids and they are always hungry. Which in turn makes me want to eat with them. After taking the tablets I don't have the cravings I used to have. To me the taste is nowhere near as bad as some of the folks have described.

  This really does work! I have to eat, almost compulsively, when I sit down at the end of my day to watch a movie or TV. I always thought my body was telling me that I was famished, so I'd grab whatever was handy and whatever was handy was almost always not good for me. Little Debbie cakes for example. But this really does make me not even feel like I want a snack. I've lost some weight just from this, I know it, because I'm not doing anything else differently. Love it!

  When I 1st tried the chewable tables the taste was not good at all. It leave a bad taste on your teeth. So, I started to crush the chewable tablets and take it with juice. You have to take it with juice and NOT WATER. Then I start swallowing the tablets with juice and it worked the same. After I got passed the crushing of tablets and the taste. It work really good my body stop craving for sweets. Then I had to work on my mind wanting me to have sweets. This is a good natural solution to my sweet problem.

  Oh my, this has to be the worst tasting chewable tablet I have ever eaten. Crushing it and adding it to yogart or some other food, probably best. Or chew it quickly and wash down with juice. Washing down with water makes it worse. :0 Good stuff never taste good! lol Three Stars because I can't get use to the bad taste. This would have been easier to swallow in pill form. It does curb the the cravings, though!

  The results have been great as far as keeping sweet cravings at bay....but the taste is terrible. I would hope they could improve the taste or get the formula in a capsule form so we could swallow it and not have to chew it up.

  Totally lost my desire to snack in the evening and I have more energy. There has to be a catch - the only thing I have changed is I am taking one or sometimes two Crave Be Gone tablets- terrible name - great product. Taste is OK, not fantastic but I don't care. For these results i would eat dog food.

  I work out a lot, but my results are sporadic because I am always so darned hungry. It's fine when you're in your 20s, but I'm pushing 40 and my metabolism ain't what it used to be. Thanks for making an easy to use product that actually works. The taste takes some getting used to - it's not bad, kinda like a Sweet-tart made with Splenda, actually - but it's a good natural solution to a problem I've never quite managed too well, especially after 7 at night.
