  I am an active and healthy 32 year old. I have always had "issues" with elimination - even when I was a baby! This summer, by digestive system came to a complete standstill. No bowel movements for 10 days! In desperation, I made a trip to my health food store and bought a bottle of Bowel Cleanse. It worked immediately, and I started researching on your website. I felt like I needed to do a more thorough cleanse, so I ordered Cleanse Smart and the H.O.P.E. set. I feel like I'm getting on track here, and I am now trying the Fiber 35 Plan. Other than the fact that I now go to the bathroom at least 2x a day, I had some weird skin issues - I was itching constantly for the first 2 weeks until I tried the sauna at my local gym. Also, the pm cleanse pills taste HORRIBLE! But, my stomach is so much flatter and I don't feel so bloated and toxic now. I am ready for a new way of life and a functioning digestive system. Thank you!

  The cleanse helped to remove the yeast out of my system. I did not see any weight loss but I did feel a great dwal better and could "see' the daily changes "flush" away!

  This was my first cleansing product. As a busy mom, I did not want a product that involved a huge diet change other than trying to drink more water and eat a little healthier. The recommnended evening dose proved to be very helpful in eating less at night (take 2 caps 3 hours after eating) which meant I had to curb my night-time snacks. All my clothes fit looser and I lost a few pounds due to taking in less calories in the eve. I suffer with migraines, usually 3-5 days each menstrual cycle. I feel overall, having used this product for one month so far, that the last migraine I had was more managable (painkillers did the job) and I'm hoping if I use this product more regularly that I will continue to see a benefit with the migraines. I also felt much more energetic and seldom felt that worn-out exhausted feeling you get especially when you're a busy mother. I'm happy it isn't overly strong and that the ingrediants are not controversial. This is important to me.

  I am very happy with CleanseSmart- and would highly recommend to anyone interested in first time cleansing- I have a high stress job with long hours and this has truely helped get my body back on track. The first week and a half I lost 4 lbs. and am on a "regular" cycle again with my movements- which for those who battle with constipation- is true freedom! I have two weeks to go until I go into my next phase of cleansing and I am sure I selected the right product to prepare my body with, it far exceeded any other products that I have tried in the past- thank you very much!   I'm a mommy of 2 (4 year old and a 5 month old)
  after giving brith to my second child I worried of never losing the baby weight
  I had so much excess water .....
  My friend recommended me this product
  and saw drastic changes just after 2 weeks ..... Now I can fit in my "before I had my second baby jeans" and even lost a dress size

  I was really happy with this cleanse. It was the first cleanse I ever did. I have had past problems with IBS and was a little worried that it could make my stomac upset, however it did not bother me one bit. I have had more regularity since the cleanse and it really helped with heartburn problems I was having. I also felt lighter and had more energy after 3 days of taking it. I have another friend who also can't say enough good things about this companies cleanses. I have to add I did take the fibre smart with it. This is the first time I really felt a huge difference taking any natural products. Thanks!!

  This is my second product that i tried so far regarding cleanses and I'm pretty positive that i won't have to look anywhere else. I after completing the 30 days, I feel light and clear inside of my abdominal area that i ever felt before. thank god. (so this is how it feel being healthy LOL)

  After 22 years of suffering with constipation from a junk food diet, I went to a health food store in Hurst, TX and was recommended Cleanse Smart. I drastically changed the way I ate and started cleansing immediately. At the end of 30 days I can say I was a new man in the sense of health. I had no more back pain, had much more energy than usual, felt clean inside, and no longer have an upset stomach. I can't believe I went through years of pain and suffering because I was simply constipated with junk. Thank you for your knowledge you have passed on to people like myself and for such great products.

  I am just amazed at how my body has responded to the Cleanse Smart program. Prior to using this product I was only having a bowel movement three times a week. Now, thanks to Renew Life, I am having a bowel movement 2-3 times a day! I have no bloating and feel 100% healthier. I look forward to trying more of your other products.

  I just finished the 30 day Cleanse Smart program and I just wanted to say thank you! After the first 7 days on the cleanse, I realized that a recurrent cough that I had suffered from was completely gone! I also got relief from the life-long Candida problem that I had. Your product was the first I have used that actually worked. I am greatly looking forward to trying other Renew Life products. Thanks again for such a great product.

  I received results very quickly with the Cleanse Smart product and began to feel better right away. I first noticed that I did not feel so full in my abdomen; then I realized that my elimination was increased and more predictable. This was very helpful and comfortable. I have not been constipated at all during the cleanse.

  I lost 10 pounds during the cleanse. I became more regular than before. I feel great! My friend and I didn't see as graphic a waste as the internet shows, but we did experience some "different" fecal matter. They got back to normal during the last week. The most bowel movements we had in one day was 5. The least was 1 per day. We had no extreme food cravings. We only had meat twice during the cleanse and stuck to an organic diet about 90%. We look forward to our next phases of cleanse.

  I wanted you to know that I just finished my 6 week initial cleanse with CleanseSmart. Not only did I lose 8 pounds, but my cholesterol went from 204 to 188 and my triglycerides went from 210 to 137. All without taking my cholesterol medicine. Thank you for a fine product.

  I have had such problems with my gastrointestinal system for the past five years. I was seeing different doctors who couldn't find anything wrong. I changed my diet which helped temporarily. Then I decided to give CleanseSmart a try. I feel like a new person. I cannot believe how well my body is functioning. I go to the bathroom regularly and have no gas problems.

  No other cleanse makes me feel so completely cleansed and restored. Literally a few hours after i started Cleansesmart I felt it going to work, not just cleaning my intestines but sucking all the toxins out of my whole body. I will do this twice a year forever or until you come up with a better product

  I loved CleanseSmart! I got the results of an easy to use cleanse of what would've taken a tough 4 week fast. A fast of only liquids. It's hard. The cleanse made my skin B-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l!
