Typically, 'between meals' means at least 30 minutes before or one hour after a meal.

I just got it yesterday and on the package it says to take two hours after u eat but, here it says between meals what is the one I should do? Also how long do I wait before I eat after I have taken the probiotic Ultimate Flora? Thanks AngieConfused
