Because of the potency of the herbal ingredients in Total Body RAPID Cleanse, some people experience common “cleansing reactions” such as headaches, but these generally resolve after the first couple days. Yes, it is fine to take headache medication to ease the pain. Be sure also to drink plenty of water and increase your fiber intake to help flush toxins and waste from your body and alleviate cleansing reactions.

Thank you for your input, greatly appreciated. The headaches this morning were like migraines, pains in the eyes and feeling like throwing up. It has past and is now down to a dull nagging headache. Hopefully they will clear up as time goes on.
Do you have any suggestions for Part 2? I am having a hard time mixing it with water, it turns into a gluey mess in the water. You read online that it mixes fine but I seem to be having issues with…nothing like swallowing hard clumps of goo.

I just started the Rapid Cleanse as well. I am on Day 2. I also had a headache. I can still function, sure, but it was a type of nagging pain that I wish would go away.
I ate a banana and a peach, thinking some natural sugars would ease the pain and it kind of did.
I have gone to the bathroom 4 times today already (I usually go twice a day) and my day isn't even half over.
My friend, Jena, is on the last days of her cleanse. She said the first 2 days were rough, but she feels a lot better now. She looks and feels great. I'm just gonna stick with it…

I started on the Rapid Cleanse yesterday and all was going well until last night, I had a really bad headace. Had some water and went to bed. Woke up a few times to pee and then woke up at 5:30am with an extremely bad headache. My head felt like it was going to explode. I have been following the cleanse as outlined including my 12 glasses of water. I am curious if this is a normal side effect and whether it is ok to take headache medication to elevated some of the pain….Thanks.
