Yes, this is true. Studies show that fish-derived Omega-3 oils help to improve cognitive function, enhance memory and increase focus, and scientists believe that daily supplementation with a high-potency Omega-3 supplement may benefit older adults showing early signs of Alzheimer's disease.

I have read that fish oils are good for memory. Is this true and if so, which of your fish oils would you recommend?
