No, that is not normal. The Daily Digestive Health Pak does not contain a laxative component and should not cause the symptoms you are experiencing. However, everyone is different and may react differently to certain ingredients, so we recommend discontinuing the use of this product if you haven't already. If you are still having problems, consult your health care practitioner or call our Customer Service department at 1-800-830-1800 and we can discuss your symptoms further.

I took my first daily dose at dinner last night and woke up in the middle of the night with very painful cramps and spent the night running to the bathroom.  Is this normal?  I'm a little nervousr to take my second daily healthpak!
