Is CleanseSmart better than colonix?

Hi Ed,

It simply has to do with the ingredients and the type of cleansing experience each product provides. Colonix is strictly a colon cleanse product, while CleanseSMART is a comprehensive total-body cleanse that also contains a colon-cleansing component. Colonix is comprised mainly of psyllium husk and harsh laxative herbs, but because psyllium husk can cause uncomfortable gas, bloating and cramping for many people, ReNew Life does not use psyllium in our cleansing/fiber products. CleanseSMART combines more than 20 different herbs and other natural ingredients proven to support all seven channels of elimination—the lungs, liver, lymphatic system, kidneys, skin, blood and bowel—to help eliminate toxins and waste from the body, enhance energy and promote optimal health. While colon cleansing is important for removing waste and promoting regularity, total-body cleansing offers a more complete cleansing experience and provides a foundation for overall well being. Good luck and happy cleansing!

Two friends have recently told me that they did Colonix by Dr Natura and did not notice much difference. I haven't done a cleanse for a year but was planning to do one soon. Last time I did Cleansesmart and felt really good for a couple of months afterwards. I expect you will tell me cleansesmart better is better than colonix but can you tell me why?ConfusedConfused
