Hi Valerie,
It is true that both UF Vaginal Support and UF Critical Care 50 Billion are both critical care probiotics and will provide effective daily support. The difference, however, is the specific bacteria strains in each. UF Vaginal has a high amount of Lactobacilli (45 billion) to support vaginal and urinary tract health especially (since Lactobacilli are the most prevalent good bacteria in a healthy vagina, urinary tract and small intestine). UF Critical Care 50 Billion, on the other hand, contains more Bifidobacteria, which are the most prevalent good bacteria in a healthy large intestine (or colon) and are important for healthy digestion and immune function.
Whether you decide to take one or both, however, we do recommend taking probiotics long-term – that is, every day – for ongoing preventative health as well as to help with specific issues that may be present at certain times.
You may take the CandiGONE cleanse for up to three months consecutively.
Hopefully this helps, and if you have any more questions or if you'd like to speak with one of our Customer Support representatives in person, don't hesitate to call at 1-800-830-1800.
