Hi Patrice,

Yes, we recommend four capsules of FiberSMART each morning—though you may take more or fewer capsules to suit your individual needs. While it may seem excessive, keep in mind that even though the majority of experts recommends between 25 and 35 grams of fiber every day for optimal health, most Americans consume only about 10 to 12 grams daily.

And yes, we recommend taking three softgel capsules daily of OilSMART, although our Norwegian Gold oil supplements offer one-a-day capsules for convenience if you’d prefer.

Part 2 of First Cleanse should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or one hour after a meal.

Hi 

I am currently on day two of the 1st cleanse and am wondering how many fibersmart pills and oilsmart pills do I have to take before the evening formula? The box says four pills for the fiber and 3 for the oil,but isn't this excessive?  Also, should I be taking the evening formula with food or on a empty stomach? Thanks!
