I was reccommended to take this by my personal trainer because he had so much success and some of his other clients. After reading the reviews I was excited to start. However, I’m a little confused in what i am doing wrong. I’ve follow the instructions as directed including the high fiber diet and I have not seen a difference in my body and I have just passed the three week mark. Is there soemthing I am not doing right that is a secret?? THere is definitly no flushing going on. Any hel would be great.

Hi I started cleansesmart two days ago, I’ve had a slow intestine movement for years. I’m a bit concerned as I have had tension headaches for six months and muscle pain, nerves tension, also brusixm. I’m focussing a lot in taking Vitamins to improve my levels of Vit C and B12. Will there be any problem with vitamin absorbtion during the treatment? can I start using multivitamins while cleansing?

I went on the cleansesmart programme about 2.5 years ago and I was so pleased with it. I had tried other cleanses and I found cleanse-smart so gentle compared to others. I have recommended it to several people and they are as pleased as I am. I now do the 2 week first cleanse programme about once per year.
