Do you experience gas and bloating, brain fog, muscle aches and pains, and fatigue? Did you know these symptoms might be caused by a very common yeast organism found in the human body called Candida albicans? Candida overgrowth is a condition that can lead to any number of symptoms and ailments. Although many Americans suffer from this widespread condition, it is often overlooked due to the refusal of mainstream medicine to fully acknowledge candida overgrowth as a cause of more serious health issues.

Thanks for sharing your insight. Quick question: How can I increase my fiber intake while avoiding foods that are high in carbohydrates? For example, I recently added old-fashioned oatmeal to my breakfast, in order to get more fiber. But oatmeal is also fairly high in carbs. Is it the simple carbohydrates I should mostly avoid, like bread and pasta? Thanks for your help.

@ Amanda, I used Genova labs via my acupuncturist, did the fungal, bacterial and parasite panel which is very comprehensive. I had always thought I had candida as I respond really well to a strict candida diet and have had endless candida symptoms most of my life. If I did the ‘do you have candida’ test, 9 out of 10 answers would be a yes. Well, we were surprised by my test results 0 yeast, 0 parasites, but that I had SYSTEMIC klebsiella pneumoniae (HIGH levels), which is an antibiotic resistant bacteria (MRSA). Then we did the hair test for heavy metals which came back HIGH levels of antimony and cadmium. Never would have guessed, but thankfully after over 20 years of being SICK, I FINALLY found the root of my chronic immune system disfunction; heavy metals poisoning. I just began the heavy metals detox and within 2 hours of the night time formula and feeling it at work. Looking forward to a healthy future! I will have to retest to really know if it’s all gone after months of very focused, intentional cleansing.

Hi,
I have been detoxing for 2 full months strict candida diet. I finished the detox because I didn’t have any symptoms of yeast coming out of my body and started yeast management pill and a pro biotic and then it seem to come back full force again. I thought the yeast management and pro biotic were suppose to keep it from coming back. I didn’t eat anything I wasn’t suppose too. I have been eating lots of veg’s and meat. I am constantly hungry all the time. I never feel full. Does this mean the detox didn’t work? what do I do now? I have struggled with this since I was on birth control as a teenager (15). Do I have to wait a month and redo it over?
Please help I don’t understand what I did wrong?

I am in the process of purchasing both Candigone and Paragone. Can Renew or someone tell me which one to use first? (My guess is Paragone.) I plan to use the zyme caps also.
I have suffered from constipation half my life and I am doing Cleanse Smart now. I also have chronic fatigue with a white tongue.
